Following the Avalon Recreation Department’s annual Easter Egg Scramble on April 19, head downtown for a visit with the Easter Bunny from 11am-2pm at Veterans Plaza. There will also be face painting, Easter goodies, and special gold eggs hidden around with grand prizes for the lucky children who find them. All activities are sponsored by the Avalon Chamber of Commerce. Shops and restaurants will be open with specials for Easter Weekend! You won’t want to miss this hoppin’ good time.
